Rats everywhere, roaches and ants even the exterminator hardly shows up they charge way to much to live here it's as bad as willow lake The appliances fall apart cupboards b.reak easy. I put a trash bag in the compactor and 20 rats ran out of it u can literally hear the rats in the walls too it's disgusting and they want 1700 for a 2 bedroom nope.

Beautiful grounds, always kept up. Maintenance staff is always nice and get things fixed quickly. And the office staff is always friendly and willing to help with any issues. My time and experience living here was definitely a positive one.

While the maintenance people and office people were friendly I can’t warn you away from this place enough. The garbage is a huge constant issue with trash overflowing into the parking area. There are only 4 guest spots for the whole complex to park and they are always full of cars that never move. Cars get broken into and windows smashed if your guest parks on the street with regularity. Bugs and rodents are a problem. Probably somewhat due to trash. Animal waste is left all over from people with dogs. What really sent me over the edge though is when I moved out they charged me for things that were wrong the whole time I lived there. 300 dollars to re paint the tub for instance. You couldn’t take a bath in the tube in the first place because the paint would come off as you sat in it. Now they want to charge me 300 to repaint it? What a joke. It goes on to other things. That is simply an example. Remaining cabinets that were not damaged. Please do not waste your valuable money here. For what they charge there are far far better apartment.
