Just wanted to give Kudos to Marta our building manager for her outstanding work she does fir all of us she is ver efficient professional and super friendly she has helped me out in all my needs with my apartment it is so great to have someone at the office that really cares for us and stay in top of everything. I have been at Avion for a couple years. So excited to have new management who cares. Megan and Martha have done miracles on the upkeep and keeping tenants apprised on changes to the complex. The complex is more organized and it's refreshing to have someone at the office.

I just recently moved into the Avion Apartments and have so far been thoroughly impressed with the upkeep and management of the building. I'm renting one of the newly renovated 3 bedroom units and have been VERY pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the new finishes and appliances. They did not go the cheap route as most apartments do! Also, I gave a short list of minor items that needed to be addressed after my move-in inspection - Property management was on it immediately and had the building maintenance/engineer fixing the issues the very next day. Our dryer was one of the only items that wasn't new at move in and it stopped working shortly afterwards. Richelle (property manager) offered to let us use the dryer in an unoccupied unit until the new one arrived, which had been ordered the same day and received a couple days later! She has been very helpful and accommodating with all of our asks so far. The building engineer (not sure how to spell his name) has also provided great service so far and was very friendly/helpful as I followed him around asking questions when he worked on something in our unit. Feeling very confident in my decision to move here! :)

Love the place! I've been a resident for the past 2 years. Small and close community. Lovely interiors within the apartments. Payment options available online. Great office staff and maintenance personnels. Apartment complex is walking distance to the airport. Only negative is rent and garage parking fees are a bit steep.
