Ridiculous ambivalent unhelpful Bus Stop. As an International Airport Destination of an allegedly 'Progessive' Environmentally concerned proud State and City, this is the most unhelpful and discouraging City Bus stop Ive seen anywhere. Tucked away in a corner, masses of airport employees, locals line up for their bus. Meanwhile new arrivals assume the line is for the same bus. Our bus pulls up late, stops for 30 seconds, no announcement and takes off before its passengers have any idea that they just misssed their once per hour bus. I literally spent the last day and half flying from Pakistan. Looking forward to getting to my destination affordably and in a timely manner. But thanks to Seatac, Seattle Public Bus system, Im sitting here wasting time. Do better...Please! Public transport reduces our carbon footprint so support those of us who choose to use it. And why is there no ORCA card refill kiosk available?

Most expensive food I’ve ever seen in an airport, and no free Wiifii. Customer service in the Skillet restaurant awful! They actually asked us to leave because we ordered our food to go when there wasn’t available seating and then when seating opened they wouldn’t let us stay. Excuse me, but the food was the same price and Mr. waiter, you would have gotten a tip for doing nothing!

Construction on going on S terminal. Still very comfortable on the gate lounge. They have soft chairs and love seats next to duty free. Little selection on food compared to main terminal so check the maps if you are picky. 😊
