Was there for a model horse show. The rec. Center was gorgeous, great lighting. Handicap accessible, had a wonderful time.

This place was created for 55 and over , while most people are now well over 55 the , Corporation that owns this park is trying to get rid of all the older folks , the same ones that the park was build for , as they are forever increasing the rent , since the Corporation bought the park they Raised the Rents 5 times n have taken out all the amenities the use to offer with the rent , as the rents are going to $900 or more as they say on here but ,,will no longer offer , security, free cable , water and garbage, with the rent , the only thing they offer is the recreation room and pool n weight room that were renovated at hundreds of thousands of dollars, only to modify the management offices but , now the tenants are paying with Rent Increase, loss of Previous Amenities , look for more to come on Regarding Tenants Right to Sale their Mobile Homes and How the Park has Stolen Mobile Homes by Claiming Homes are out of Compliance and Can Not Be Sold

It's a 50+ community which is nice and all. But if you ever work as any kind of maintenance person you can see its barely kept up with and just horrible to get into because the gates are either stuck partially open or closed and 50/50 of not working. The location would be nice if it wasn't for the amount of crime in the area and main entrance being so oddly placed that an accident is inevitable out of it. Never had an issue with people here only with the trailer park being so rag tag run down.
