Manager here is so incredible rude and ignorant. I noticed that with others she encountered as well. Very nasty attitude. No one else was very friendly or helpful. Walked out. Will never step back into this store! Noticed other customers agitated with the workers here as well.

Yes they require you to make an appointment. If your looking to get a new phone you can call and order and go in to pick it up in 30min
