Didn't have quite the experience I expected on a renewal appointment, however Dr. Ferguson is knowledgeable, professional, and the only reason why I don't go elsewhere.

Scheduled appointment forever ago. The appointment time is at 11:50 AM. I show up at 11:45 and do my intake and pay. I sit there until 12:45 PM in the waiting room. I don’t walk out of the office door to leave until 1:20. That is beyond ridiculous for a wait. Why did I schedule my appointment at 11:50 AM then? I will not come back because I cannot stand sitting down waiting that long. However, Dr. Ferguson himself is extremely personable and a good doctor. I think the company itself has issues over scheduling certain times.

I felt awkward going in for this appointment, but everyone there made me feel so comfortable. The wait was less than a regular physician visit. The sweet girl at the front office offered me water, thank you. As long as you take your medical records in with you, it goes rather smoothly. The doctor was compassionate and walked me through everything. I had my temporary card on my phone before I left the office. Thank you to everyone at Dr Green Relief, I slept pain free for the first time last night.

Edit 2 years later RIP RAMAMUPHY- these people make this so easy and painless. Thank you ! Orig- DR GREEN RELIEF IS A SWEETHEART! And they do primary care . Thank god there are people who care about your health NATURALLY! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is bc I wasn’t really told much prior to going , and about the 75$ fee on top on the 200$ you pay the same day. As long as you know that- and are cool with the $ - DO IT . DONT CONTINUE YOUR PHARMA REGIME IF IT DOESNT WORK. I will keep this updated but I’m happy knowing that I’m safe and legal

Dr. Green Relief has the best pricing in Fort Myers. Give them a call!
Dr. Green Relief offers the most affordable prices in Florida! The initial certification is $199 and renewal certifications are $99.
There are 2 steps. First, you see a doctor, and you get your certificate. That cost is up to the doctor. Once you have your certificate you simply fill out the form online; pay the $75 fee; and you will receive your card in the mail. They can now pull your photo directly from the DMV records electronically, so you don't need a passport photo anymore unless you don't have a DL or ID card in Florida. Total cost= $75 license fee + doctor visit
We have not heard of the GreenMed pharmacy. We recommend using a licensed and state approved dispensary such as Surterra.
We love our veterans and appreciate your service. Please give our office a call at (239) 349-2999 to learn more.
That information can be found on our website and explained in much greater detail by giving our office a call! (239) 349-2999
No. But as a seasonal resident, we can certify you for your Florida Medical Marijuana Card!
There is quite an extensive variety of products for sale at the dispensary! Check out Surterra dispensary to get a better idea. Highly recommended by our physicians.
Unfortunately insurance is not accepted for any cannabis related services.
The first step is to meet with the doctor to get certified for medical cannabis use and then you will be assisted with enrolling in the Florida Medical Marijuana Card Program.
Have nine for ptsd and anxiety..youll be fine

I'm pretty sure you would have to start over again. Its issued on an annual basis.
Once you're in the system(and have the FL medical marijuana card) yes you can go to any Dispensary. Just a heads up I'm a cancer patient who's tried every different thing they sell and Florida's version of medical marijuana didn't do anything for me unfortunately and I've heard this from other people as well. Until they allow patients access to actual smokable marijuana (the plant) it's a waste of time and money. Curaleaf will give you 50$ off your first visit so you can at least try a few different types of what they sell , hope it works for you.
Thank you.He wasn't very nice.I'm glad
It is possible, although we would recommend discussing your needs with your probation officer to prevent any potential complications for you. Some probation officers allow it. It really depends on your individual situation.
It is possible to obtain your Florida Medical Marijuana Card if you are a seasonal resident!
So I believe it's $200 for the initial visit, and it's $75 to apply for the license (your doctor will show you how to apply for it, but its on a government website you do on your own) From there, until you get your physical card, you will get an email that you can take with you into dispensaries. I'm not 100% on the max amount, as that is probably a question for your doctor. Hope this helps.
You will need to bring a sheet from your medical records that states that particular diagnosis. Usually just one sheet works as long as medical doctors written diagnosis is clearly listed along with your name and dr name that made your diagnosis. I just took my 18 year old son to Dr Green, my son had his mri showing fractured vertebrea after an accident and he chose to medicate with cannabis vs. Options as the emergency room doctors all tried to prescribe. Last thing he needs is an option addiction. The doctor at Dr. Green relief was extremely professional and really spent the time my son needed as his was first time patient. Important: If your son or daughter is under 18, then state of Florida requires a note or recommendation from 2 medical doctors! So under 18 needs note from original diagnosing doctor plus the Dr. Green Reliefs recommendation to be successful in getting medical card. II was going to take my son in when he was under 18 but then he ran over by hit n run driver.
Dr. office
225 for visit and card I believe
No. Florida does not accept out of state cards.
Credit cards yes. Not sure about checks
Yeah bout two, three weeks but once approved u can still purchase at dispensaries with just your state ID untill u receive your physical card because u will b in the system as a licensed holder
Medical cannabis is not covered by insurance
They also take walk-in, but maybe a wait. I had an appointment and still waited over 2 hours.
Phone I'm pretty sure
My appointment was May 11th was approved on May 22nd and recieved my card on the May 26th
No I don't think so , they didn't last year anyway
$275.. but $200 is total you'll need at appointment, da $75 u pay online for your card, that u don't have to do same day as appointment, but sooner da better. and then u can decide either on your first OR second trip to dispensary when u spend $150 they're gonna take $75 off that's they way of giving u your $75 back for your card cost. Hope this was helpful. Good luck and enjoy 🌿🍃✌🏾👍🏾
Thanks. After seeing the costs, I think I'll pass and just keep dealing with pains like I have been for the last ten years.
I think so. I'm not sure but this doctor they have here is very good. She's very knowledgeable and spends a lot of time with you. I really like her. Give her a try
Yes
Sounds like questions you would have to ask the Dr. I'm not sure what they're standard are for qualifications.
Cleveland is open! We are in Fort Myers :)
No. That is not necessary. Our licensed physicians can evaluate you and determine your eligibility.
First visit is 200 cash , follow up is 100$ . After and if you're approved go to Curaleaf on colonial ( 1st visit you get 50$ off) I tried to try a few different kinds and spent about 125$ after the 50$ off and since then i e tried just about everything they sell and nothing worked . In all I spent 600$ on everything to see if there was something that could help with my pain. FL is acting like they're doctors and won't allow smokable marijuana from plant form the oils etc they sell don't have the ingredients that real marijuana does they takes out the stuff that makes it works so until Florida let's medical marijuana patients use plant forms it's all a big waste of time in my opinion.
I'd call the doctor's office and ask , I don't know, sorry.
Great questions! To best answer them, please feel free to give us a call directly that way we can provide you a much more in-depth answer. We would love to assist you and we are here to answer any and all questions you have.
The physician must be registered and qualified to certify patients for the Florida Medical Marijuana Card Program. Not just any PCP can do it. Unforunely insurance does not cover anything related to medical cannabis or the visit itself. We do provide competitive pricing but there are fees and expenses at every level including the dispensary and for the products themselves.
The state law is every 210 days.
That state typically processes applications within 30 days +- Approvals can also be issued by email prior to receiving your card.
