My experience here was PHENOMENAL. I ruptured the EPL tendon in my dominant hand’s thumb and was super anxious about getting it fixed. Dr. Fuller accurately assessed the problem and explained my surgical options, and ultimately performed a tendon transfer surgery that went extremely smooth. The whole team at Cooper was friendly and went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of care I received.

Clean, newer facilities, efficient & very pleasant staff at check in & checkout. The nurse that checked me in was friendly and well equipped at his job. Two different occasions & two different aliments I saw Thomas Vesneski and each time he was extremely knowledgable. He took his time, fully read through my chart, listened & considered my questions. He took the time to fully cover every aspect of what needed to be done; then took additional time to ask about my previous aliment. Very likable. very good experience.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient at 9:05 am. The scheduler told me there was an open appointment at 9:20 and that the next available would be in February. I told her I would be a bit late since I live 16 miles away. When I arrived the reception person told me she would have to check with the doctor due to the fact I was more than 15 minutes late. upon returning I was told that the scheduler should have never given me that appointment due to the fact new patients are given a 30 minute block not a 15. wasted over an hour and 30 plus miles of driving in traffic. They need to train and monitor their schedulers more closely. This is not the first time I had serious difficulty with a Cooper scheduler.
