It all started out wonderfully when they were helping us with my mothers cremation. She passed in December 2019. Staff was kind and guided us through the process. Since we were not having a graveside service we chose to leave it up to the funeral homes schedule to have her buried. The form was marked TBD. I called today to check if her ashes had been buried only to be informed she was still "in storage." I got excuses about staff leaving and it wasn't monitored. To top it all off the person I talked to acted as if it were no big deal. YOU HAD MY MOM SITTING ON A SHELF IN STORAGE FOR OVER A YEAR!! Shame on the staff at Bonney Watson. Do not trust them with your loved ones.

We had my mother in laws funeral here yesterday. Everyone was so kind and helpful. There were pandemic restrictions in place and I felt comfortable being there. The staff treated all of us with dignity and respect. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and the staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable. They brought her crayons and coloring pages. When she got too rowdy, her and I left the chapel and were going to sit in the lobby. Instead they let us sit in a private area with speakers and we were able to hear the service. They set up the flowers beautifully and helped to get all of our pictures set out in a nice way. It was pouring rain unfortunately, but they set out a tent and tried to make graveside as comfortable as possible.

I came to Bonney Watson Funeral Home for the first time in 2006 when my Dad passed away and they were so thoughtful, kind and considerate. I was so happy with them back then that I called them back now to make pre funeral arrangements for my Aunt. Brooks delivered even better customer care than I had received with my Dad, which was hard to surpass. Brooks made a very awkward and uncomfortable process feel more comfortable and felt like he was actually part of my family helping me with these very difficult decisions. I highly recommend this Funeral Home and especially Brooks.
