Lot attendant and shuttle driver were courtesy and friendly. Parking lot was well lit with a secure gate so I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands. Minimal wait time for pickup and drop off so that was nice not having to wait very long. Overall a good experience and will definitely use them again for any future trips.

My partner and I have purchased a prepaid package at Park N Jet and we've really liked it. We've utilized our days probably 4 or 5 separate times since purchasing, and regardless of whether we reserve our spot a few months out for a well planned trip or a few days out due to a family emergency, the reservation process is smooth and pain-free. The staff are always friendly when we arrive, and we've always had prompt shuttles to the airport itself. The return-to-car-from-airport process is smooth as long as you correctly read the instructions. Pickup has usually taken less than 10 minutes, and we've always returned to our vehicle safely.

Meh. Chose this outfit because memorial day weekend every other company was 100% booked. Several minutes north of the strip. Wouldn’t be bad but the pick up was an extended time and they were disorganized there were a lot of frustrated people. They need more vehicles. The shuttle that we were in sounded like the back left rear tire was going to fall off. If you are any pinch, this works but it’s not highly recommended unfortunately. Hopefully Management can fix their systems and then it would be a better review. Sorry folks!

First time using this lot and I was impressed. The drive through check-in was great. The bus to the airport left promptly. They picked us up in a reasonable amount of time on return and our car was waiting. The only downside is that this lot is pretty far from the airport. That being said, the convenience and excellent service made it worth the extra few minutes to the terminal. This is much better than the lot we had been using.

Yes they have 24/7 shuttle service. They have instructions to call or text them on your return when you need to be picked up.
When you check in, let them know there will be an additional passenger on return.
I called another lot first and they told me that 'all' of the lots are experiencing thefts and especially of catalytic converters. Is this actually true and is your lot guarded? I have never had that problem at any lot at SeaTac in the past.
$15 Don't forget about taxes and fees. City tax WA tax Airport tax Business tax Customer tax Transportation tax And then their fees Airport fees License fees Emissions fees Then surcharges Fuel Surcharge Employee wage surcharge This and that fee surcharge and tax on top of that, then fees for collecting those taxes and surcharges and surcharge to those extra fees, and then taxed on those. End of the day, no less than $15. And park at your own risk.
