They are pretty much always fundraising. The park is entirely volunteer and donation supported. It IS fully enclosed, with a 4 foot tall fence. They are currently working on getting together enough funds for replacing it with a 6 foot high fence, you can see progress on the notice board installed at the park. As far as donating to the cause, there is information and business cards with contact numbers on the above-mentioned info board. Thanks and have a nice day! BTW, The park is 34 acres, HUGE! Your dog will have so much space to explore, and other dogs to get to know, he won't really have much motivation to try and get out.
