Recreation pool varies from 0 to 4.5 feet and the competition pool varies from 7 to 12.5 feet.
The open swim area that's for playing in only goes about 5ft. I'm only 5'5" and the water was never over my head. They get more specific on the website though.
The kids area only goes up to about 6 feet max (starts around 3ft). the competition pool starts at 7ft and goes up to 12.5ft
