Donna: Thanks for your inquiry! To add to the answers offered by others, the cost for a 30 second freefall tandem skydive is $225/person. We offer a higher altitude skydive with nearly 60 seconds of freefall for just $25 more. Tandem skydivers must be at least 18 years old, and weigh less than 220 pounds, or 230 pounds if over 6ft tall. The tandem skydive training consists of a 15 minute video, followed with a few minutes afterward with an instructor to review the training and answer all your questions. After the training, you will be off to gear up and get ready for an amazing skydive adventure! From the time you arrive to the time you leave will be no more than 3 hours. Cheryl responded correctly. The United States Parachute Association (USPA) requires that jumpers be at least 18 years of age. Skydive Snohomish is a USPA Group Member, and we pledge to comply with USPA’s Basic Safety Requirements.

Jared: Thanks for your inquiry! The United States Parachute Association (USPA) requires a minimum of 25 jumps in an approved training program to receive an "A" License. The "A" License allows you to jump at many, but not all, drop zones around the country. For example, at Skydive Snohomish, you must possess at least a "C" License to jump here. A 30-second freefall skydive costs $ 225. For just $ 25 more, you can get a 60-second freefall in parachute. We are open from Friday to Sunday until May, when we start our schedule from Wednesday to Sunday. I hope to see you soon!

As a professional business they dont overschedule for any given class and therefore you may not be able to jump if they are fully booked. With an appointment - you are guaranteed to have a slot available (weather permitting) and minimize your waiting to a 1.5 - 2 hours window from arriving to actually leaving, depending upon which load you are assigned to.

Yes. For Tandem skydiving, the weight limit is 220 lbs, or 230 lbs if the individual is over 6 feet tall. The weight limits are based on equipment manufacturers' recommendations and best practices that allow us to maintain safety as the number one priority here at Skydive Snohomish.

The United States Parachute Association and the various tandem equipment manufacturers all require tandem jumpers to be 18 years old. This age restriction applies to all USPA centers.

The costs depend on what options you choose. There are weekday discounts in the summer when the Dropzone is open during the week, you can elect to have video/stills which is an extra and the standard altitude is 10000 ft but most people choose the extra altitude to go higher and experience more freefall time. Everything is detailed when you make a reservation and the choices are available up until you get in the plane. Also check regularly for specials that the DZ offers such as weekday discounts, group discount, holiday specials etc. that can reduce the costs as well.

Its is an active airfield and only service animals should be brought to the airport.

Unfortunately, the center doesnt current have a student programme due to the airport restrictions. This means that only tandem and experienced (C license and above) are permitted to jump and land at the airport. If you are interested in learning to jump - they will be able to direct you to various locations both locally and further afield that you can get trained.
