I would highly recommend Balloon Depot from Snohomish Washington. I appreciate the thought behind making sure it was safe by being aware of the weather and wind patterns. Since no one is in charge how fast winds can change he might have you rescheduled and I was good with knowing safety comes first. It is breathtaking and beyond words once you're able to ride in the hot air balloon. I knew my family and best friend were in good hands with his vast Knowledge, experience, and great sense of humor. Definitely want to make sure that you have a camera, so you can take those once in a lifetime pictures. Balloon Depot company is highly professional, a lot of fun, and incredible experience!

Brilliant experience. Was very worried about the weather, with our flight being mid October, but the weather was perfect! The whole experience was great, start to finish. Felt safe and relaxed the whole time, and everyone loved their time. Burners are hot (you really won't need any extra layers up there). The crew did a great job talking use through the safety stuff, and I enjoyed helping getting the balloon filled before take off.

Our balloon ride was absolutely incredible and romantic. We got the best experience! The views were spectacular and peaceful. The sunset was gorgeous.You can feel 100% safe. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and skilled with 29 years of experience. He truly loves to be in the sky. It is his passion. This is such a good gift for any occasion. Hi there! Our rates are $230 per person for a morning ride and $250 per person for an evening flight, 7 days a week, weather permitting. There are no taxes to worry about, and if you book direct over the phone, you'll save the small online booking fee that comes up if you book online on balloondepot.com. After all our flights, we offer a very traditional (goes back to the beginning of ballooning in 1783) postflight toast, and snacks of various sorts, and a nice party to cap the day off for you. Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll do my best!
We go by overall weight in the balloon. So if we have a load consisting of average adults, one or two heavy passengers, and a kid or two, as long as we're flying what the balloon is supposed to fly and is withing weight limits, we don't worry about individual limits. Very occasionally we may have to add a charge for, say 350 lb or more.
It's your choice. If you book online through our website, you'll get charged then, with a refund option if weather doesn't let your flight happen, and for 2 weeks after. After that you can keep scheduling til you get your flight. Or, you can call us, hold a reservation with a card number, and pay on arrival. Whatever works best!
