A year membership was about $1400 for my wife and I with 2 kiddos getting 10 hours a month at the kids korner.

It depends on if you pay up front in full or monthly. All up front it's about 65ish monthly about 75-80
$55 for seniors, check specials I think the $86 is high
$85 bucks if you don't use their kid care thing. I don't know what the price is if you need child care while you work out

Just short of $83 after taxes at the monthly rate. But as with all things involving a subscription to a service, sometimes you will get better deals, sometimes less awesome deals.
