Had a summer quarter parking pass and I was willing to pay the $10 for all day parking when it expired. I just forgot to take the parking pass down and the male attendant was very rude to me. He made snarky comments say how "I was cut" and made me feel very uncomfortable. Haven't had a bad experience here until this week. I've mostly only dealt with the female attendant and she does her job while still being nice. But the male attendant was just very rude, I told him if he doesn't want my business, I'll take my car & park elsewhere. He didn't let me leave and just kept berating the fact I left my parking pass up DESPITE the fact I fully intended to pay for the $10 all day parking pass anyways. If that's the type of people they're gonna hire to work there, no matter how inexpensive the parking pass is, I WON'T park here ever again. I don't need that kind of rude service when all I'm trying to do is find parking so I can get to my class on time. Needless to say, I found free parking on the street shortly after leaving and found an even better parking garage with better prices with security cameras. Also had numerous occurrences here with homeless folks sleeping or asking me for money in this garage. I never paid any mind to it as I always was just focused on getting to class on time. The attendants never assisted with the issue, they would just stare.

The price is still reasonable for indoor parking,10$per day ~ But during the weekday is permit required to park in here before 2pm~

Great place to park your car when visiting cap hill. After 4:00 parking is $5 good for parking until 7:00am the next day. You can also buy a day or weekend pass for a bit more. Lot is patrolled by security (which is a good thing in this area) and there is normally a good amount of parking. Note the $5 parking is not available during Pride week and or some special cap hill events.
