No complaints about the Artist's entrance. There are always guards posted. Most of the time when we perform we park in the underground garage at Benaroya Hall. Occasionally it was filled to capacity, or I needed to get out of there faster than the post-concert traffic jam would allow, so during those times I entered through the artist's entrance. Guards remember you from previous services and let you in, sometimes checking your ID first. It's a good security point.

An amazing venue with great shows year round, there are good food options, and anything you would like to drink. There is a parking garage underneath the building, however pre purchase for the parking permit is highly recommended as the garage fills up and then it can be a nightmare finding a spot elsewhere. Highly recommend seeing your next show here.

Benaroya hall is a great place for shows and performances. The seats are nice, and there are so many viewing options. For those on a budget, seats a little more in the back are less expensive. With the acoustics, you will still hear everything exceptionally regardless of where you seat is. The only caveat is to give yourself plenty of time to get here. Driving and parking in Seattle can be a pain, so be sure to give yourself enough time. No one wants to be late to a show, and some shows close the doors as to not let in late people.

At least for some events you can purchase parking when purchasing tickets. Very convenient, especially when raining. If you misplace your tickets, the box office can have the parking ticket sent to the parking attendant beforehand, so replacement is simple.
The garage is open until 10 weeknights and later on weekends. It's expensive.
