Nope, free tours when not flooded. The whole preserve (even the visitors center in 2016) is flooded during the rainy season, so check website before you go!
It is free, but as Chantal stated their are donation boxes also no Dogs are allowed.
It's free from what I seen. There are donation boxes avaliable. I was only there for a hour or so but it seemed like a realy nice place
