There has been no fee since I went there, the parking lot is open to the public during daylight, but I don't know if they have fees for certain events on certain days, they have a parking security car around some of the time, so if you see them, you can double check with them on that particular day if there is a fee. But most likely there is no fee.

There are not fee for parking or kayak's launch. If you go there to paddle you have to to take cart.
