Yes, you can paddle board there. The water is very calm from the boat dock to the Cosumnes River main channel. Once you are in the main channel, the water is usually clear of the water weeds and hyacinth you see on the way out. Kayak, canoe, or paddle board are all a great option.
I don't think so. If you can, I'm not sure you'd want to. The water is not very nice looking. People kayak/canoe here. But I think thats the extent of it.
