It's a small free-market simular to Stockton in size. I've been in galt 42 + yrs unless you're looking for something specific & per owned, used. Just walk the last two sometimes three isles for used item's inner isles is all repetitive new clothing, fabrics, jewelry, shoes, socks, cookware..... Last isles produce & stereo equipment. Lots of food wagons Mexican & Chinese. No American food

Wednesday is a retail day. Tuesday is the wholesale day. As far as I can tell, you do not need a resale license to purchase in bulk.

Actually it's the best idea to get there about at 9:00 am ,if you plane to ,it's gonna be so easy to get the parking space, till about 10:00 is not a bad choice cuz people usually ate leaving about that time so it's a good idea

It actually depends on the spot. Regular spaces use to be 40 a parking slot. (The spaces and a lot longer than one) the spaces on the corner can run up to 80 a space and the food court area is a lot more. If your serious about selling your product out there go into the office after 10 am and talk to the girls. There should be pamphlets on the walls giving information about the market. I was a vendor out there for many years until my back no longer let me any more. Its most definitely worth the try and experience.

The vendor is either racist or had a bad experience with a African American, and doesnt want them coming back. I myself had never had a bad experience with any African Americans, or have anything against them.

Tuesday is completely wholesale day Porter vendors of clothes and rugs and pots and pans and everything comes in to Galt on Tuesday there is not much retail down there on Tuesdays it's mostly wholesale Wednesday is the day that everybody comes that has stuff from their home they're Ranch their business they want to sell and this is what's considered retail day

Every week is different when it comes to used items.The weather plays a pretty big part on vendors i think just like it does for customers because I've gone looking for a specific vendor and sometimes they're not there
