Actually it's the best idea to get there about at 9:00 am ,if you plane to ,it's gonna be so easy to get the parking space, till about 10:00 is not a bad choice cuz people usually ate leaving about that time so it's a good idea
If you get there in the morning early getting a space is not so bad. The price on the items is by the sellers. Some you can haggle down and others you can't
