A few of us want to come and see the bats at the new Franklin Bridge next Tuesday 25th. We will kayak to the Bridge. Can you tell me how any tides or currents may affect our visit as it looks, on the map, like we need to go onto the Mokelumne River.

Is there a coast to get in the park and go for hikes
Does parking cost anything?
Is there a smoking section there, or is it all non smoking?
