Nope
I was there about a month ago and no open fire but charcoal grill and propane grill are allowed.
There is still a burn ban in effect. I saw the Rangers making someone put a fire out. There are plenty of signs around the park that let you know there is a burn ban in effect.
Depends on what is posted in park, how dry it has been, etc. I would call state park hdqtrs there at entry to DMSP to find out.
While there is a fire ban you can't make campfires, but I recommend calling ahead and seeing if there is a fire ban before you go. However, the Indian lodge on-site has outdoor fire places you can cozy up to.
If it's been taking lately, it's probably ok. In central Texas we've had rain, not sure about the Davis Mountains.
Depends on conditions, each site has a fire ring.
