What time does the entrance open? I just called the office and they said 12pm. Seems like a awful late start?

This is ridiculous. When will you open normal hours. Many people like to go in the morning and leave early. Lots of people are looking for jobs so if coverage is the problem, hire teenagers to collect the entrance fee, as many other beaches do.
