It's a natural, primitive beach. Bring all that you need, nothing is available for sale. If you really enjoy nature, go down to Lot 5, remove your clothes and enjoy life.

Another fantastic park in Florida! You can go walking on really well-maintained trails and on board walks to the turtle mound, or park and go to the beach where there’s not many people.

Beautiful place and very busy Mother's Day 2022 but had plenty of room to spread out.

Beautiful Beach...Park officials should add more parking to lot 5. I find it odd that everywhere you go in Florida people will pull off the road and park. But there's all kinds of no parking signs in lot 5. 😕

Nude sunbathing is allowed at Parking Lot 5. From Parking Lots 1-4, nude sunbathing is not allowed.

$15 per vehicle, valid for 7 days. $10 per day for motorcycles. $40 for a Canaveral National Seashore park-specific Annual Pass. You can see manatees, specifically West Indian Manatees, in the park during warmer months (March to Mid-November.)
Yes it's open every day
Similar to Playa Linda, lot 13 fills fast. People park on lot 12 and go nekid too.
At the end of 44, just past Trout ave is a booth manned by a ranger that collects the entrance fee. The road extends another 7 miles to a turn around at parking lot 5. ( There are 9 different parking areas) Beyond 5 the beach eventually joins with Playa Linda, also part of the Canaveral national seashore park. There's a welcome center half a mile past the booth you saw with maps and information as well.
No, it is very much held in a natural state. Not much in facilities.
You can go north past Ormond Beach to Flagger.
12 noon
What does that mean
Opens at noon every day. And closes at 8pm
The whole park closes at 8:00 PM, and you must leave by then.

We take our grandchildren because it has the best shells. They started off really young so it's not even an issue.
Overnight camping is only allowed on the 14 designated island campsites. Reservations for the 14 backcountry island sites must be made using www.Recreation.gov. There is a $20 fee per night.
Currently, the beaches are safe.
