Excellent care for my furbaby. Only complaint is that staff and clientele were generally not doing anything vis-a-vis Covid protection (nobody wore masks, seemingly no social distancing of any sort).

Before moving out of state I did take my dog here and he is up to date on his vaccinations and routine vet visits. I contacted the office to request that they fax a prescription in to chewy for my dog's flea and heartworm medication until we were able to establish a vet in our area. I was told he would write a prescription for me to pick up. I explained it was not possible for me to pick it up as I now lived eight hours away and I was told that he does not fax prescriptions because "that is not something he thinks he should do" I also explained that I was worried about my dog going without medication and being exposed to heartworms and was told "get something over the counter" ? as far as I know there is no over the counter med. It seems to me that they are only concerned about making money and not the health of the animals they treat.

I took my cat here. per my manager’s suggestion, after getting a $700 estimate on my cat’s tooth cleaning and extraction from another vets office. Here it ended up only being $322! The staff here are very friendly and took very good care of my cat. After her surgery, they followed up a couple of times to ensure that my cat was doing well. They treated my cat like she was their own pet, and just an overall great experience!
