They have leash laws. But i seen 2 dog running on a trail we were on. About 20 yards ahead of the owner.
They must be on a leash. They are allowed on trails, they are not allowed on the beach. Generally it's a good idea not to leave them in your tent alone.
Leashed.
Taken from their website. "Anastasia State Park Campground. Dogs are allowed at Anastasia State Park Campground and trails, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. Dogs are not allowed in the beach area. There are no pet fees."
I believe they have to be leashed throughout the entire park, but not allowed on the beach.
Local leash laws apply.
The Rules at the park require leashes. This is for protection of you and your pet. Some very well behaved and well trained dogs have been seen off leashes close to thier owners but no trouble was caused or reported while I was there over the issue. Play smart and with respect to others and you will be fine
