One interpretive trail through old growth live oak sand dune short trail. Hike on the beach also good.
Dunes trail is good if cold and windy and not raining.beach you can walk about 3.5 miles to the inlet and you may see 5 people.
Walk down to the end of the beach & back, 11 miles to cape francis trail.
You got short hiking trails & long ones going towards the beach whichever one you may choose they're all beautiful
The trail in the park is neither very long nor challenging but it's beautiful and a nice short hike. If you want something more strenuous a good beach walk works.

Hiking are beautiful... bring it spray
Only a couple trails, the beach is better to walk on.
It's not a very big park for hiking.
They are nice, most are on boardwalks.
