Extended hours will happen closer towards Christmas, however not currently, no.
Yes 10 to 9 usually in December. To get exact hours try calling one of the stores your interested in. I try to stay away from there in Dec. I always shop ahead as can't stand how they raise there prices in December but its all stores except for sales you sometimes find. Love the outlet mall any other time though.
