I'm not sure if they actually have a rental center in the St Augustine Outlet Malls but there is a wheelchair rental center and St Augustine called Andy's Taylor Rental Center then you can have the wheelchair for the whole day and check out the sites. I hope this is some help that's the best that I could do.
