There is i.proved camping there, but as stated already, it fills up fast. If you take the state road right before fenton lake, about 3 miles before, it has a cattle guard, there is a plethora of primitive camping of all sizes. From RV to tent you can almost always find a spot.

There is! They have several different size Lots. Areas for RVs, tents, or even camping out of the back of your car LOL! They have a lot but it is first come first serve. Holiday weekends fill up fast but other weekends you should have a good chance of finding a spot
