No. Swimming is not permitted. It is a fishing lake only. Must be thousands of hooks on the bottom of that lake not to mention broken glass, and other trash.
It would probably be pretty gross. Duck poop is rampant. Also, fish hooks and other dangers.
My family did get in the water. Probably swim at your risk. No lifeguards.

I did not observe any signs saying you coukd not. A life jacket may be required though. I eould suggest asking a Ranger.
