Can you tent camp by the water? If so could i launch my kayak at my camp?

They do have camp sites pretty close to the water and the grasses usually so you could get a kayak in the water.

There are a few spots where you can get a kayak in lake Quanah parker from Camp Doris. When you go through the ranger gate, go all the way straight back, then left and around. There are a few campsites that edge the water and a walking bridge. Also the primitive area has a few spots within kayak dragging distance.

You can pitch a tent anywhere within the campsite areas and you can launch your kayak from any place along the water I believe.

I don't think there are any sites right on the water, but it's a short walk from some. I would think you could slip in a kayak anywhere, but not 100% sure.

They have designated camp sites. I am not sure you can pitch a tent just anywhere.
