It depends upon the time of year. From middle of October until the middle of May, you drive into the visitor center. From the middle of May until the middle of October, you need to toake a shuttle from White Rock between 9 AM and 3 PM unless you have handicap plates/placard or are going into backcountry overnight. Before 9 and after 3 you can drive in. The shuttle this year starts on either May 15 or May 17
You park down at the visitors center and a bus will take you to the entrance of the park. Its very easy.

The parking is free, upon entry.
There is free parking at the visitor's center. When you pay the entrance fee the ranger will tell you when the bus leaves. At peak times you may have wait briefly for a bus.

There was ample parking for us when we went a couple months ago. I imagine in peak season it may fill up though.
