You could park your rv when you first enter the monument it would be a tight squeeze when you leave, cause its a circle drive way.

I believe it's $5 per person, but that includes the elevator ride to the top. Well worth the cost. You can walk the grounds for free.

Yes. It costs five dollars per person. There are great views off all four sides. There is a small elevator with an operator/guide who takes you up and down.
