From what I understand it runs all year long. I happen to work there as well. I work day shift in load-out. It's mainly communication. Since some departments slow down during a certain time of the year they have to release people. But if you communicate with your supervisor usually when busy season is over for that department they can move you to a different department. You work at wild rice right now?
