They will only repair jewelry that has been purchased from Hawkins House.
Hello Shelly. Unfortunately we have no way of fixing a glass pendant. Your best bet would be to try Krazy Glue or a similar product and maybe you can get some more years of enjoyment from your piece. Thanks for reaching out to us and good luck!
In addition to social distancing and masks (which Hawkins House will provide if you don't have one), all employees are screened for temperature daily, and surfaces are disinfected regularly.
