does the reservation charge fee come out of total for stay for example total is 400 and charge a 180 resvervation fee before you arrive to save the room

Yes, if they get a reservation fee, it comes out of the total then due when you stay. You can always call and confirm.

I believe that is to hold the room and may not be refundable if your cancel your reservation. Plus, they charge for parking, and or a hold on your card for "amenities", using the room mini bar, parking. I recommend going through booking.com, rates may be better, but Hilton will grab every penny they can.
