Even if they do offer gluten free items, if you have a severe sensitivity I wouldn't trust it. The food is drug across the counter as they pass it down the line (think Subway) and I would be hard pressed to believe anything wasn't cross-contaminated.
Finding completely gluten free items on any menu is tricky because, as mentioned, often there is cross-contamination via cooking oil, cutting boards, knives, etc.
