Crunchy rice, cheese tasted off, they remade my bowl with seasoned rice was still awful. 10/10 would not recommend. Won't be back. All 4 of us had a awful experience

Moe's has completely stopped getting our orders right. We've been eating at this particular Moe's for almost a decade, and it used to be one of our favorite fast food places. For the past year, it's gotten so bad that we refuse to order online - they get those orders wrong 100% of the time. But today we went in person to watch them make our food, and they still managed to put ingredients in the food that I didn't order (because I can't eat them). So we get home, open our food, and I literally can't eat it. This has happened so many times we can't count.

Ordered at the counter. Asked for double meat, didn't get it. Asked for the cheese on the meat (so it would melt) instead of on top of other toppings, didn't get it. This would of been prevented if I was allowed to watch them make it like every other Moe's. They were out of the two most common salsa flavors and out of sweet tea. Dark chicken had pieces that were dry and hard enough to chip teeth. My visit was during lunch time and wasn't busy. Thought I would give them another try. This time the salsa was rancid. I was told I was wrong even though several people I was with agreed. I've enjoyed this salsa on every visit over the last 10 years or so. I know what it tastes like. But this time when trying it on a chip it caused a gag reflex, had a foul smell and a carbonated taste. It's rancid. I'm done with this location and will never return.

Moe's has very good food. The prices are a little high but I'm willing to make the splurge once in a while.
