I went there for a simple short pixie cut I have had most of my life. The associate that cut my hair couldn't do the cut but instead of saying she couldn't do it she proceeded to cut the back of my hair, never even touched my bangs or side of my hair saying it wasnt long enough (at 5 inches long lol!!!!) For this 1 and 1 half inch cut!! She never let me see the back of my hair and when I got home I saw why and immediately started CRYING. She had gapped my hair up BADLY. I had to be at work within 2 hours so I rushed to hokie hair and THANK GOD those girls fixed my hair. They couldn't believe a professional had done that!! It was awful and embarrassing. Long story short I paid a total of 76 dollars in one day. I even had tipped that lady ten dollars..... I will NEVER go there again. EVER.

Why do on line check in, I did and got passed over again. I tried to check in when at store but both girls ignored me. You need to have something in store to acknowledge you are there. I left my phone in car when I got there

I have never used the online check in personally. When I go in I make certain they know I'm there. I've always been treated well and not ignored but i hate that happened to you.
