This is my first time ever reviewing. im not the type of person to do this but, probably my worst experience at a restaurant ever. I walked in at 10:00 a.m. to blasting music like I was at a frat party. Ordered 2 smoothies. The 3 workers there were way too busy talking and on their phones and forgot that I was sitting there. Saw one smoothie made and thought they were possibly waiting on something for my second (a Bahamas mama which is one of the most common smoothies there). Another customer finally walked in and got worker’s attention, one of the girls finally realized I was still sitting there. Tried to hand me the one smoothie that was made and told her I had 2. Literally reached into the cooler to grab my second already made. Was there 25 minutes for 2 smoothies. Now I have tried to call back because I’m sure since I was so heated, I can’t find my wallet. Took me 5 times to call the place to get an answer, asked if there was a wallet accidentally left there, and was told “I don’t think so” and hung up on as if they were “slammed”. Drove all the way there and guess what? My wallet magically appeared under the cash register and there was 1 customer there. This place is ran by literal lazy children. Terrible.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. What is this obsession with adding 100 Kg of ice in drinks? Completely ruined it, although I asked them to put less ice. One of the items in the orders was missing, put so much of ice in my smoothie, I couldnt even slurp it through the straw. Why are you so obsessed with ice!! I dont pay $10 for ice The reponse I got :- We put the exact same amount of ice in every smoothie. Smoothies are made with ice. It sounds like that you were looking for a juice shop… We are not that but sorry to disappoint! Edit: My order clearly asked to add less ice. One of the items was missing. There was no spoons or forks available. Missing notes and orders? I believe that isnt you either? And no ice in smoothie is juice? Where did you learn that from? You can have smoothie the way you want for god's sake!!

Kaitlyn (the general manager) was our server. I’ve come into this tropical smoothie everyday for the last few weeks and have always seen her as well as other people working. She in particular has always been friendly and always made my smoothie perfect and believe me I like to take out and add things! When I came into the store today she has my order memorized and made it perfectly! She also is pleasant to be around and is very professional! So happy we get to get amazing smoothies! Ps: please open a shop in radford as well!

Smoothies are always good, but the last two times I ate here the food wasn’t. I only got lunch today because my first choice nearby was closed. I asked if the new Caprese Grilled Cheese was good and the girl working said yes and recommended adding chicken. It was fresh, cooked to perfection, ready quickly and DELICIOUS! I will definitely stop in again soon and often.
