Went for a COVID test at the appointed time. Nobody was there. No explanation. Tried calling them. Could not get a person, only computerized choices. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Doctor was quick, pleasant and attentive. I see previous bad reviews, but maybe they replaced the prior doctor? Ours was great

The “Doctor” waited in her office for 30 minutes until I loudly pointed out how the wait said 18 minutes for over 30 minutes then the lady finally came out - 30 additional minutes for her to figure out the insurance, telling me BCBS isn’t in network. I said my daughter was just seen 3 weeks ago for the flu. She had no idea how to work the computer, how insurance worked - turned us away. I spent another 30 minutes on the computer and phone with BCBS only to find out what I already knew - CVS is in network and this “Doctor” is a complete idiot. Not even worth the 1 star given.
