Third time contacting this department about a legitimate issue. Nothing. So I'm warning others. Do NOT do the following 1. Expect neutrality. 2. Be educated on the complaint filed 3. Question ANYTHING. They do not help you if you dare be an advocate for yourself. Someone has to if they don't care 3. Complain or file complaint. They are unable to separate duty from personal issues and get indignant if you hold their feet to the fire. How DARE you ask them to work. That will certainly get your case closed like the bully on the playground who steals lunch money and pick fights because he's bigger than you. Never mind that its the taxpayer who pays their salary. 4. Highlight errors made. See #2. Oh boy! you really get stiffed then as that blue wall goes up. Before retirement, I was in the same company for almost 20yrs and not ONCE did I see my job as anything but a job. Napoleonic Complex is rampant. They are not top dog. Ironically, they are attracting the attention of multiple agencies through their actions, all the way to the top. I could play the game though because I went all the way to the top, Mr. Martinez and I will go back because they knew the violations. I busted my but to retire at 40. I don't care how many agencies i have to go through to get results. I may even have to sue. One thing I am certain of is I will ALWAYS stand for truth. I never saw behavior like this. If they don't want complaints then do the job assigned to you instead of lashing out with pettiness if the person is simply trying to retrieve possessions taken and is educated enough to spot BS when its given. They may close the door but God has windows galore. The truth will come out eventually because I am not easily intimidated when I am right. And now they KNOW. I AM RIGHT! treat me how you want if it makes you feel good. It does nothing to me. God blessed me before, he'll do it in greater quantity again because he does not like ugly. It will fall in the right hands eventually. Success is never easy

I was having some questions regarding the some documents,(HHG moving department) that i need to provide them (per GDPS request), and try to call them more than 20 times. Not answering at phone, very poor communication. If you need anything to file,or ask questions be ready to face "slow-motion",processes. They online tools are stuck in the stone age. Wherever it seems that it will be some logical solution you will face absolutely nonsense and complicated process. Now i'm stuck with no answers and probably my business will suffer coz of non organized birocracy.
