Excellent service. Yes the wait for an appointment is long but it’s not this guys fault that Dyson has one repair facility in New York. I was met immediately and my items examined quickly. My warranty had run at the time of visit but without me saying anything they told me they would honor the warranty on the date the appointment was made. My stuff was repaired in less then 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I went today to fix me daughters hair wrap, John was very helpful and professional, he explained everything to details, I got a hair dryer for myself at a great price and got the hair wrap fixed the same day. Best costumer service ever.

A++ customer service and repair. Had an appointment, the vacuum was diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. Was extremely fair with all charges, explained all options to make the best decision. Dyson is lucky to have this service center fix their products. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

I would assume they do. The center was very helpful.
Customers wait in an area inside of the building, but outside of the showroom/repair shop. A masked employee quickly responds to the customer ringing a doorbell and the customer explains the problem with the device. The employee takes the device, gives the customer a claim check and explains the next steps. No contact takes place so one can be comfortable about going there.
