I’ve frequented Grindhouse many times in the past for their veggie burger and fried green tomatoes (which they’ve downsized the sauce that comes alongside the order), however I will no longer be a patron of this business. After placing a takeout order online and arriving to pick it up, I waited for minutes at the bar before I was acknowledged and when I was finally asked the name for my order and told the woman behind the bar my name, she said she didn’t see my order yet and looked in the system. She then said my name wrong and when I corrected her she said well there’s no order for that name. She asked for my order number, which I gave her, then said well that order says “mispronounciation of my name”. She continued being condescending and passive aggressive, purposely mispronouncing the name after I’d said it multiple times and given the order number. After telling her that I know how to correctly pronounce my name for her to stop telling me what she thinks the pronounciation should be she laughed and said “I’ll have a manager deal with you”. The manager came to merely apologize for the server/bartender having a bad day at which time I asked for a refund for my order and informed her that I would no longer patron the business. Now I’m awaiting a complete refund, including the convenience fee I was charged for an online order.

Fast service and food never disappoints! Great burgers and sweet potato fries. We enjoy outdoor patio seating too.
