The library is very open and clean with plenty of seating. There are two floors but an elevator is available. They offer lots of activities for children. There’s a small cafe offering coffee, bakery items, and a few other things. My elementary school children love to come here and my teenagers meet others here to study. The staff is helpful and friendly. Hilliard is fortunate to have such a wonderful library!

Don’t go there . They are rude. It probably had a lot to do with my religion and race I had two of the Liberians there give me attitude and the were rude to me over coloring papers I wanted to take for my kids and the other lady was rude to me for trying to fax papers . Those ladies made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I might never go back to this location again.

Yes, my family just visited the library last week. They are following COVID protocols still, so make sure you mask up and you'll need to inform them which floor you'll be browsing on.

Use a computer (60-minute limit). Reserve a table. Print, copy, scan and fax. Get in-person Job Help and Homework Help at limited locations.

The Hilliard branch is open for browsing. I think the hours are 9 to 6 or 7. 1 to 5 on Sunday.
