Small gym that’s busy during peak hours (as expected) but off hours nobody is there. It has most equipment and the self spotting racks are nice when they aren’t jammed. If they malfunction staff is timely in fixing them. Recommendations: find space for a cable machine, the elastic bands don’t cut it Most would be willing to sign a liability waiver so we can use the personal training rooms (the only area with standard squat racks and bench) after staffed hours. This seems like the easy fix as most gyms have this equipment. It almost seems like those rooms are only for premium clients that pay for personal training (lame business tactic). Take this with a grain of salt, not trying to be overly negative. Overall positive review I would recommend for most people

They are really REALLY good at modifications for existing injury. They helped me thru a knee injury and rehabbed my shoulder. I have been with them for 5+ years and truly trust them completely.
Very new! State of the art! We’d love to show you our XPT trainers too! As far as we know we’re the only gym in Ohio with them!
Hi! We use the apartment complex for our water fitness classes. So we do not have a public use pool unfortunately. We do have two private showers though!
