One of the worst experiences I have encountered using a contractor. First, they changed their quote and added 25%. They claim they made a mistake with their math. Scheduling was an issue as well. The biggest issue is they did not follow the agreed scope. They decided not to remove the existing siding, which was part of the contract. They did not install housewrap, which was part of the contract. The lack of housewrap voids the material warranty. They have not finished their scope of work. They have not caulked all nail/ screw holes. They put siding over a wood casement window, which will no longer open and function. After a month of trying to get them to complete their scope and fix the deficiencies, they are still giving me the run around. I have reached out to the owner 3 times during the process, with no response at all. THEY ARE AWFUL.
