The apartments at Hilliard Summit are great, the grounds are well kept, and it's a peaceful community. Hilliard Summit could not be better located, its close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and schools. There are parks and dog parks nearby. Brittany the office manager and all of the Hilliard Summit team always greet you with a smile and are very accommodating. Hilliard Summit is a great place to live.

current resident and take my advice, avoid moving here at all costs!! Currently trying to give them my 60 day notice that I am leaving but they refuse to respond or accept it which is insane in itself. They never answer the phones/return messages and always make every single interaction ridiculously complicated. I have lived here for 7 years and used to be very happy here, but ever since Brittany took over as the community manager it has consistently gone down hill in many ways. The other office staff member, Julie, is equally unhelpful. They both ignore messages and then when you are frustrated about it act as if you are the problem and do not even attempt to apologize. They also consistently close the office early making it even harder for the tenants to contact them since they don't answer the phones or call people back. I am blown away by the blatant level of unprofessionalism and the fact that no one there even really seems to care about how they make their paying tenants feel. All those complaints aside, they have increased my rent over 20% in the last 2 years. How can you increase someone's rent that much but allow your services to go down hill like that? I have also left messages with their corporate office and have still not received a call back so it appears they do not care either. Save yourself the headache and choose one of the other many upscale communities that have a better support staff that actually take the time to do their job and care about their residents.

First I would like to say that the change with the system was a nightmare.especially with the renters insurance. I am very upset about Alexia who left. She was so amazing. She was always friendly, very nice always and her customer service was wonderful. Brittany who is the resident manger does not have the good customer service that is needed. She doesn’t return your calls and when you do speak to her she is not friendly always seems angry. She just doesn’t have the nice service that Alexia had. You really need people who will treat the residents with respect good customer service needed to make this community wonderful. Also the rent increase is very hard for people who have lived here for a long time and enjoy living here. Also for the people who have paid every month and never miss one payment. I certainly hope you take my request seriously because I know that I am not the only one who is in the same position and are very angry about the new system. Thank you

If you are okay with never receiving a response from them, then yes, move here. Nightmare
